Cooking class at 1.707 meters altitude: Traditional cuisine meets mediterranean ingredients in an alpine ambience. During the cooking course with Ulrike Kofler you will get to know the secret of the traditionelly South Tyrolian "Knödel" and experiment with a variety of ingredients.
