On the sunny high plateau above Meran, the focus is on the healthy grain. As part of the event "CornArt – Cuisine and culture" you will gain an insight into the art of bread baking and taste delicious CornArt dishes in the restaurants and huts in Hafling, Vöran and Merano 2000.
• CornArt – Bread baking course: Rye, spelt, yeast... on this bread baking course find out from the Family Egger, which other ingredients are needed to bake a delicious wholegrain loaf. Discover the delicious taste of our handmade loaves on the spot during the subsequent tasting session!
• Culinary hike a là CornArt: During the guided hiking tour on Wednesday we will follow the long path that is taken by the cereals and degust a corn-plate in a CornArt-Restaurant or hut.
• Guided farm or honey tour: Every Thursday a farmer or beekeeper tells us about his life and work with animals.
