Hafling-Vöran-Meran 2000: cable cars and lifts

In a few minutes in the middle of the hiking region Hafling-Vöran-Meran 2000 with mountain & cable railways

Cable cars, chair lifts, circulating railroads; whether private or integrated into the public transport network, we, South Tyroleans are professionals in this field.
The mountain and cable railroads in Hafling-Vöran-Meran 2000 allow a quick ascent to the alpine mountains in summer and winter and are also an environmentally friendly option compared to other means of transport. Save altitude meters and off you go.
With the effortless ascent directly to the hiking area, you'll have saved enough power to climb a peak or two and enjoy the view.

Leave your car in the valley and enjoy the mountain world to the fullest. Starting from the spa town of Merano, the barrier-free Meran 2000 cable car transports visitors to the skiing and hiking area in just 7 minutes and, with a capacity of up to 120 people, ensures that there are no long queues. Sufficient parking spaces are available at the valley station Merano 2000 in the Naif, or in Falzeben.

Modern architecture meets mountain world

The Meran 2000 cable car, built by Roland Baldi, has already won several international architecture awards with its red-clad valley station and a spectacular intermediate station “Vista” halfway up. The newly built 10-seater Naifjoch gondola lift also triggers a special wow effect. Within a very short time, the cable car, equipped with the latest technology, brings visitors from the front to the back area. It is possible to get off at the middle station, whose roof can be used as a viewing platform in summer. In addition, there are chairlifts that can be used winter and summer.
