The foodie factory: alpine-mediterranean dumplings

Be it with speck, cheese or other delicious ingredients - dumplings remain one of the tastiest and most popular traditional South Tyrolean specialties. They are also an everyday favorite on local tables and are enjoyed by young and old alike.
Within the context of the Foodie Factory you'll find out more about the South Tyrolean dumpling tradition, and how to make a special alpine-mediterranean variation with farmer's wife, Rosina. You won't just be looking over her shoulder as she prepares the dumplings with "Schüttelbrot (rye-bread) with Pecorino-cheese and walnut-butter but helping out too, and, of course, trying the results!
