The Oberhochmuth's Nettle knoedel (dumplings)

A superb combination .

Ingredients
For 2 people:
150 g knodel bread, 100 ml milk, 100 g alpine cheese, 100 g di cooked nettle, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of flour, salt.
Preparation
Put the bread in a bowl. Add the milk, the eggs, and the cheese cut into cubes and mix together. Now add the nettles, season with salt and combine into a good mixture! Shape into knoedels and boil in salted water for 15 minutes.
