Forest fruits - Fior di Latte ice cream:
Mix all the ingredients together and put into an ice cream maker.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, put the blended amount into a box and freeze. Stir every 10 minutes with a whisk and refrigerate again until it freezes nicely. (Duration approx. 3 hours)
Coffee crumbles:
Put everything together in the mixing bowl and let it knead slowly until crumbles form.
Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for approx. 8 min.
Caramelised walnuts:
Heat the honey from the local beekeeper in a pan, add the walnuts from grandma's garden and caramelise at a low temperature.
