The Schwemmalm hiking area is located in the heart of the Val d’Ultimo/Ultental Valley. From the small village of Pracupola/Kuppelwies, the Schwemmalm Cable Car takes hikers up to a trail area among traditional mountain inns.

The Schwemmalm hiking area is an ideal destination for families, as it offers a stroller-friendly circular trail and a number of trampolines.

The Schwemmalm is also a prime destination for paragliding. The valley offers year round distance gliding and valley crossing.
