Welcome to the Nössinghof! We are a small house with only five rooms, which offer space for rest and relaxation with their harmonious furnishings. Experience a unique symbiosis of tradition and modernity in an eye-catching building surrounded by our own orchards. The Nössinghof offers stylish and cosy accommodation. We offer a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet with home-made products from the farm and the surrounding area. We attach great importance to regionality and seasonality. Our farm is adorned with a sunbathing lawn for older guests and a playground for younger guests. Two playful kittens and two ducks also live with us on the farm. Bus connections: The use of all public buses and regional trains is included in the room price! There are several bus stops in the neighbourhood. The nearest bus stop is 200 metres south of the farm. Take the road down and keep left. On the main road you will find bus number 240 Passeier-Meran. If you are travelling in the direction of Merano/Meran, stay on this side of the road. If you want to go in the direction of Val Passiria/Passeiertal, change sides of the road. In Merano/Meran at the railway station you may find connecting lines. If the way up to the village is too difficult for you, there is another bus stop 100 metres above the farm, which will take you directly to the centre of Dorf Tirol. Bicycles: You are welcome to take your bicycles and e-bikes with you on holiday! Our farm is very well situated for cycling: Within 10 minutes you can reach the cycle path, which is networked with South Tyrol's countless cycle paths. In the evening you can safely store your bikes in our garage and recharge the batteries. Fridge: In the corridor in front of the rooms there is a fridge stocked with drinks. There is also enough space to temporarily store private food. You are welcome to use this. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a kitchen. However, you are welcome to have a snack in the lounge or on the terrace in the evening, plates and cutlery are always available. Electric charging station: We have an electric car fast charging station for up to 22 kilowatts where our guests can charge their cars! We look forward to receiving your non-binding enquiry!
