Caprese salad

It’s not summer unless you make this classic Italian salad. The perfect appetizer or main dish!

Serves 4

4 mozzarella balls
2 ox heart tomatoes (Cuor' di bue)
Salt, pepper
Fresh oregano leaves (or fresh basil)
Olive oil
Preparation
Cut the mozzarella and the ox heart tomatoes and arrange on the plate.
Season with salt and pepper. Pour olive oil over the top and finish with fresh origano or basil leaves.

TIP: Also tasty with dried origano or with basil pesto.
