Ski Bus in Schnalstal Valley

Bus line 261 takes winter sports enthusiasts comfortably and stress-free to the slopes every hour. During the Christmas holidays, New Year period, and Carnival, line 261 runs every 30 minutes.

The bus departs from Merano and, via Naturns, connects several times a day Katharinaberg, Karthaus, Unser Frau, and Vernagt with the valley station of the glacier cable car in Kurzras.

For holders of the Südtirol Guest Pass Vinschgau, public transport throughout South Tyrol is free of charge. The Südtirol Guest Pass Vinschgau is available at all member establishments of the Schnalstal Tourism Association and allows winter sports enthusiasts to reach the slopes and return again.
