Hike: Walk on the rim of an ancient volcano - the Bolzano caldera

Walking along the St. Oswald promenade is like walking up the side of an ancient caldera. We discover the signs left behind by the intense volcanic activity that affected the Bolzano basin 280 million years ago and new discoveries about the life and environment around this supervolcano.

The meeting point is at 2.30 p.m. at the South Tyrol Museum of Nature in Bindergasse 1. The hike lasts two hours; online registration is required on the museum's website at https://app.no-q.info/naturmuseum-sudtirol/calendar#/event/427070.
Participation costs 12 euros for adults and 8 euros for children up to the age of 16.
