Caffè Shakerato

The cool and invigorating coffee refreshment!

Ingredients
Serves 2

4 Caffé Espressi (Alps Coffee from the Schreyögg coffee roasting company in Rabland)
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
10-15 ice cubes
Preparation
Put the ice cubes in a shaker, add the vanilla sugar and coffee.
Close the shaker well and shake until the sugar and ice cubes have largely dissolved. Pour into the glass and serve.

Our tip
Caffé Shakerato "after dinner". A tasty alternative to digestifs! Simply add an Italian liqueur of your choice (Amaretto, Bayleys).
