For 1 litre schnapps

1 litre Grappa Treber
4 tablespoons pure bee honey
1 small piece of lemon peel
1 small piece of ginger
Preparation
Add the honey, the lemon peel and the ginger to the Trebers schnapps and shake well.
Leave for about 3 months, shaking the bottle well every few days!

Our tip
The honey schnapps is often enjoyed in combination with hot tea or milk.
It tastes particularly delicious in an ice cream sundae, which benefits from its sweetness and freshness.
