Buckwheat "Muas"

An original recipe from grandmother's cookbook! A quick peasant dish when you're hungry!

Serves 1-2

1 l milk
2-3 tbsp buckwheat
1 pinch of salt
100 g butter
Preparation
Bring the milk to the boil in the mush pan and stir in the buckwheat flour. Add the pinch of salt.
Stir regularly until the mixture has a firm consistency.
Brown the butter and pour over the "Muas".

What is a traditional "Muas" pan?
To prepare an original South Tyrolean "Muas", all you need is a simple non-coated iron pan!
