Radish with Parmesan Slices and Olive Oil

1 white radish
Parmesan cheese
Salt
Ground pepper, black and red
Olive oil
Preparation
Rinse the radish and slice finely. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cut in thin slices.
Season with salt, pepper and olive oil, for Alpine-Mediterranean flavor.

TIP: The dish is also delicious with hazelnut or herb oil instead of olive oil.
