St. Martin's bread

The traditional sweet curd pastry for Martini (St. Martin's Day) - refined with South Tyrolean apple

Ingredients
120 g curd ("Quark")
70 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
50 g olive oil
4 tbsp apple juice
300 g flour
1 packet baking powder
1 egg yolk
2 grated apples
Preparation
Mix the ricotta cheese (quark), sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, olive oil, apple juice and the peeled and grated apples.
Mix the flour and baking powder together and add to the ricotta mixture.
Form a loaf and place it on the baking tray and brush with egg yolk.
Bake at 180° for about 20 minutes.
