BIOPHILIA is a mindful nature experience series at Vigiljoch, with different dates dedicated to breathing, movement, sound and conscious awareness of the landscape.
With Caroline Cohen and Stefanie Dariz, this session combines regenerative movement with a special listening experience. A plant becomes a musical companion: using a bio-sonic device, its electrical impulses are translated into audible melodies. The result is a quiet and surprising dialogue between body, sound and nature, inviting intuitive movement and attentive listening to the living world around you.
Departure by cable car at 5:00 PM. Duration: approximately 1.5 hours. Price: 15 €, including cable car ride and parking.
