OPEN STUDIO with Raziel Perin and a guided tour of the CÓMPLICE exhibition

On Saturday 9 May, from 4.30 pm, the artist will present his work to the public as part of an open studio event, in conversation with Lucrezia Cippitelli and Simone Frangi, the curators of the contemporary art exhibitions at the Kunsthaus. In the Sparkassensaal, the artist will create an installation featuring some of the results of his research and share his approach with all those interested, engaging the audience in an open dialogue. The research project is supported by the Directorate-General for Contemporary Creativity of the Ministry of Culture as part of the ‘Italian Council’ programme, which is dedicated to the international promotion of Italian contemporary art. In addition to the Kunsthaus, other international institutions are involved in the project, including Howard University (Washington D.C.), Stichting CORPO (Rotterdam), the Wereld Museum (Amsterdam) and The Recovery Plan / Black History Month Florence (Florence).

Following the event, at 6 pm, there will be an opportunity to take part in a guided tour of the exhibition René Francisco. Cómplice. led by Simone Frangi and Lucrezia Cippitelli.
