The basis of his art are fresh, natural ingredients selected personally by our chef. Many of these products come from this region. But in some cases Gerhard Wieser also selects produce from elsewhere. In so doing he always succeeds in orchestrating all the different regional influences and aromas in harmonious ways, optimising and refining them by applying innovative and advanced cooking methods. The result is is a wealth of flavours and ingredients culminating in unforgettable culinary experiences.
