Stale multigrain bread (or other)
1 tbsp butter
Salt, pepper
Fresh oregano leaves
Preparation
Cut the bread into small cubes and melt the butter in a pan. Add the bread cubes, season with salt and pepper, and toast them until golden and crispy, stirring regularly. Finally, mix in the chopped fresh oregano.

TIP: Delicious in creamy soups or as a snack (cut into larger cubes for snacking). For pumpkin cream soup, use thyme instead of oregano for a perfect match.
