Partschinser Farmers Kitchen: A picnic in the green

Reserve a picnic basket for yourself and your loved one, or simply to enjoy with friends, at Gasthaus Brünnl.

The “Brünnl Picnic” for two people includes a classic Marende with original mountain farmer’s speck, smoked sausages, a selection of cheeses and butter from our dairy, pickled vegetables, carpaccio of Quadrater beef, homemade bread, strudel, and juice.

Registration by the day before at Gasthaus Brünnl! (Tuesday from 3:30 pm & Wednesday closed)

From the Vinschgau state road at Töll, at the junction to Partschins and Quadrat, cross the bridge and follow Quadratstraße for about 4 km to Gasthaus Brünnl in Quadrat.
