There is a time of year when everything seems to slow down, and each day fills with anticipation, warmth, and longing. In this suspended moment, an Advent calendar takes shape—a small daily ritual designed to bring wonder and sweetness.

It is the result of a collaboration between the Merano Tourist Office, the creator of the concept and design, and 58 Chocolate by René Romen, who curated the chocolate side entirely, from production to artisanal craftsmanship.

Each calendar is assembled by hand—from filling to the final closure.
Inside, 24 chocolates made by René exclusively for this calendar, using selected ingredients and a meticulous production process. The chocolates are individually hand-wrapped and placed in each window to ensure a carefully curated experience, from the first to the last day.

The selection includes 12 different flavors, each repeated twice:
• Frozen Garden – White chocolate & pistachio
• Golden Hour – Vanilla milk chocolate
• Frosted Leaf – Mint dark chocolate
• Cinnamon Dream – Cinnamon milk chocolate
• Hazelnut Hill – Milk chocolate & hazelnuts
• Pure Midnight – 70% dark chocolate
• Velvet Star – 60% milk chocolate
• Cocoa Castle – Dark chocolate & cocoa nibs
• Winter Flame – Orange dark chocolate
• Magic Forest – White chocolate & cranberries
• Almond Whisper – Dark chocolate & almonds
• Citrus Charm – White chocolate & dried fruit

Each type of chocolate—dark, milk, and white—is wrapped in a different colored foil: red, gold, and green. This small detail is designed to make them easily identifiable and, in case a flavor doesn't match your taste, to allow you to share or gift it to someone who will appreciate it.

The calendar is made entirely of FSC-certified paper—a conscious choice ensuring a sustainable and responsible supply chain. Completing the project is the unmistakable style of Agnese Innocente, a renowned Italian illustrator, who with soft yet bold strokes and a palette of blues and warm lights creates an intimate and serene atmosphere.

It’s much more than just a box: it’s a journey through flavors, images, and artisanal care. Designed to sweetly accompany the wait for the holidays, it turns each day into a special moment to be savored slowly and with joy.
