To ensure everything runs smoothly, please note:

Shuttle bookings must be made at the latest one day before arrival.
Our office hours:
Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m.
Saturday until 5:00 p.m.
Closed on Sundays

Bookings received after office hours on the day of arrival cannot be processed – even if your arrival is later in the evening.

We coordinate the shuttle service directly with local taxi drivers, who also need time to plan. Therefore, last-minute bookings are unfortunately not possible.

ATTENTION: Information on Closure of the Vinschgau Railway Line 2026

› Closure of the section Merano – Mals until 28 of march 2026
› A replacement bus service will be provided.

All valid train tickets, as well as the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass, will be accepted on the replacement bus service.
Reason for the closure: Testing and approval procedures for the new electrified railway line and the new train sets.

After completion of the work:
› Direct connection from Mals to Bolzano without changing trains in Merano.
› Train services every 30 minutes.
