Shuttle bookings must be made at the latest one day before arrival.
Our office hours:
Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m.
Saturday until 5:00 p.m.
Closed on Sundays
Bookings received after office hours on the day of arrival cannot be processed – even if your arrival is later in the evening.
We coordinate the shuttle service directly with local taxi drivers, who also need time to plan. Therefore, last-minute bookings are unfortunately not possible.
Important information in case of flight delays:
If your flight is delayed by more than four hours, the transfer unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
In this case, we kindly ask you to contact the shuttle company directly. You will find the phone number in the booking confirmation sent to you by e-mail.
