Aschbach mountain station – Eggersteig - Töll (Terrain Cure Trail n°3)

Easy terrain cure route from the Aschbach high plateau through shaded forest to Töll, ideal for basic endurance training.

General description

The "climatic terrain cure" is a specialized form of exercise therapy combining performance-adjusted walking, endurance training and outdoor activity. Controlled walking strengthens the cardiovascular system and supports overall health.

Terrain Cure Trail 3 leads from the Aschbach plateau through shaded forest down to Töll. Its gentle profile makes it ideal as a basic endurance and preparatory training route.

The "Terrainkur" trails in Partschins/Parcines have been certified by the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.

Aschbach cable car – trail 27A (Eggersteig) – trail 30 – Mahlbach – marker 29 – trail 9 – Quadrat – Brünnl restaurant – Gramegg restaurant – Niederhof restaurant – trail 29A – Töll

From Rabland, take the cable car to Aschbach. From the mountain station, follow forest trail 27A (Eggersteig) through shaded woodland to Mahlbach.

Marker 29 leads down to trail 9. The route passes the historic lime kiln in Quadrat and continues to the Brünnl, Gramegg and Niederhof restaurants. At the junction with the road to Aschbach, trail 29A descends to Töll.
