The transnational initiative "Young Soloists on the Podium" aims to bring together outstanding young musicians from South Tyrol and North Tyrol in a special way and to a larger concert audience. Alongside the Tyrolean Chamber Orchestra InnStrumenti with its director and presenter Gerhard Sammer, the Department of Music Education Innsbruck of the Mozarteum and the regional directorate of German and Ladin Schools played a key role in developing and supported the project. The South Tyrolean Künstlerbund with commissions to South Tyrolean and North Tyrolean composers with the aim of young musicians interested in contemporary music. With its innovative concert formats, the InnStrumenti chamber orchestra has established itself as a building bridges between musical genres, generations, artists and audiences.
