The multifaceted and creative cultural programme offered in Lana comprises outstanding sports events, passion play, open-air theatre, the LanaLive concert series as well as culinary highlights such as the Wild Herbs Days or the Blossom Festival.
There are two special attractions that celebrate the delicious chestnuts grown in the area: the traditional custom of „Törggelen", where roasted chestnuts are enjoyed together with young wine, and the Chestnut Days known as „Keschtnriggl". The Lana Literature Days are widely renowned in all the German language countries.
