BIOPHILIA is a mindful nature experience series at Vigiljoch, with different dates dedicated to breathing, movement, sound and conscious awareness of the landscape.
With Caroline Cohen and Stefanie Dariz, the meadow becomes a quiet space of sound. Lying in the grass, you immerse yourself in the vibrations of the instruments as they meet the natural melodies of the forest: rustling leaves, silence, wind and birdsong. This meditative soundbath invites you to slow down, breathe more deeply and experience nature not only through sight, but with the whole body.
Please bring a mat and blanket for your own comfort.
Departure by cable car at 5:00 PM. Duration: approximately 1.5 hours. Price: 15 €, including cable car ride and parking.
In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to the following Sunday
