Quando le temperature in primavera scendono sotto lo zero, i delicati fiori di melo sono in pericolo! 🌸 Ma grazie all'irrigazione antibrina, i frutticoltori proteggono il loro prezioso raccolto. 💦🍏

Ma come funziona esattamente? 🤔 Quando l'acqua si congela, sprigiona calore – la cosiddetta calore di cristallizzazione – che protegge i fiori dai danni da gelo.
Una tecnica affascinante, senza la quale la coltivazione delle mele nella nostra regione sarebbe quasi impensabile!

Nel cuore della notte, i contadini si alzano dal letto per attivare l'irrigazione antibrina – e al mattino ci attende uno spettacolo mozzafiato. Quando i primi raggi di sole colpiscono i frutteti ghiacciati, l'intera valle inizia a brillare. ❄️✨
