Once a traditional apple farm, it has been transformed with heart, vision and expertise into a unique winerie with its own cellar. The Tutzer family, with decades of experience from their vine nursery, lives their passion for natural, sustainable viticulture – in every vine and every drop of wine. 🍷
On steep slopes of up to 40% incline, grape varieties. The loamy sandy soil, enriched with granite, slateand gneiss deposits, paired with the ideal microclimate, gives the wines their unmistakable minerality and character.🍃🍷
🌿 Sustainability, yield reduction and loving care for each vine – that’s the guiding principle at Plonerhof. The fermentation is temperature-controlled, followed by slow maturation in large and small wooden barrels – creating elegant wines with depth and character.
