The Wiener Johann Strauss Concert Gala 2026 in Merano, the world’s most famous Strauss Gala. The K&K Philharmoniker of Kendlinger celebrates the music of Johann Strauss & Co. with passionate mastery and unmistakable Viennese charm. Their fresh and modern interpretations have long been a benchmark for excellence. Since 1996, the world’s most famous Strauss Gala has welcomed over 1.3 million spectators from 19 countries, a unique experience. Under the direction of Maximilian Kendlinger, son of the orchestra’s founder Matthias Georg Kendlinger, the K&K Philharmoniker’s performance is described as “a concentrated display of precision, breathtakingly beautiful” (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung). The new program is full of musical delights, and of course, the unforgettable “Radetzky March” by Johann Strauss Sr. will not be missing.
