Italian magic school

In the picturesque setting of the Christmas Markets, the Italian Magic School opens in Bolzano for the second year: 80 aspiring magicians from all over Italy will be able to take part in a unique event and enjoy an unforgettable experience.

After the great success of previous events and the year before, the Cultural Association Caraval Spettacoli returns to Bolzano with the Italian Magic School: an event for children and young people from primary and secondary schools, which will take place in the historical and artistic setting of Mareccio Castle in the centre of Bolzano.

The aim of the project is to involve children and young people in this artistic and cultural setting through 3 days of pure magic with creative workshops, lectures and
entertainment, inspired by the famous literary universe of Harry Potter.

The event will take place in Bolzano, on the occasion of the Christmas holidays. After receiving the letter of admission, the children will be welcomed into the castle, divided into the 4 houses, and will have the opportunity to live for three days inside a school of magic, among spells, potions, mysteries, fantastic creatures and shows.

Castel Mareccio will be entirely set up, from the classrooms and dormitories to the dungeons, to represent the evocative settings of the School of Magic; the entertainment programme will be run by 25 actors, educators and professionals from the Caraval Spettacoli association.

The Italian Magic School aims to be an evocative and totally engaging event, an interactive adventure inspired by a literary universe loved by children of all ages; a unique experience that will transport 80 aspiring magicians into a magical world thanks to the beauty of the location and the professional preparation of the entertainment staff.

The event is organised by a non-profit association and is dedicated to children who love the saga, with the aim of encouraging reading, socialisation, intelligent play and culture.
