TESANA

From 7th March to 8th June 2024

The TESANA health weeks in Tesimo/Tisens and the castle village of Prissiano/Prissian take place from end of march to June, featuring lectures, workshops and events in the fresh mountain air.

The program of the TESANA festival comprises herb-themed walks in search of wild and medicinal plants, as well as health workshops, along with cultural events.

The TESANA tea for purification and regeneration contains: Dandelion, nettle, birch leaves, hawthorn, artichoke leaves, horsetail, lemon balm, lavender.
