Ristorante Miil

In the centuries-old walls of Miil, the former windmill of the Kränzelhof residence in Tscherms, Othmar Raich and his team are constantly on the lookout for something new. The success of the Miil is based on a strong sense of quality, innovation and also the courage to go new ways. The Miil cooks dishes that are rooted in the South Tyrolean tradition, paired with openness and curiosity. The menu follows the seasons. The result is dishes such as: sea bass with wild garlic potato froth and Marlinger asparagus or tortelli, spinach, curd cheese and mountain fawn ragu.
