Rosemary-honey ice cream

An alpine-Mediterranean summer delight, holiday feelings included!

For 4 people

2 rosemary sprigs
90 g honey
200 g cream
200 g mascarpone (instead of mascarpone you can also use cream)
100 g natural yoghurt
Strawberries or raspberries (other fruit is also possible)
Wash the rosemary sprigs and pat dry. Heat the cream and honey with the sprigs and bring to the boil briefly.
Then everything should cool down. Then pour the honey milk through a sieve and mix well with the remaining ingredients.
Pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze until creamy.
Garnish with the fruit and serve.
