For 4 people

200 ml milk
3 eggs
200 g flour
3 tablespoons of butter
1 pinch of salt
½ tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of olive oil, sunflower oil or butter for frying (for non-stick pans, the addition of fat is only necessary for the first frying)
Cranberry or apricot jam for filling
Icing sugar for sprinkling the omelette
Mix milk, eggs, flour, the melted butter, salt and sugar to a smooth and liquid dough.
Heat some butter or oil in a frying pan and gradually bake the omelettes on both sides.

Spread the omelettes with the jam on one side and roll them up. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

TIP: The omelettes also taste delicious filled with chocolate cream.
