For 12 pieces

300 g wheat flour type 00
150 ml Siemr (the Partschinser Lifestyle aperitif)
125 g butter (room temperature)
120 g icing sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
50 g almond slivers
250-300 g fresh blueberries
Icing sugar for dusting
Mix all the ingredients except the blueberries into a smooth batter. Line the muffin cases on a baking tray.
Add the blueberries to the batter and gently fold in. Spoon the batter into the cups.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 25 minutes until golden.
Dust with icing sugar and serve.

TIP: Siemr muffins taste also delicious with diced apples!
