2nd joint animal show in Hafling
The South Tyrolean Farmers' Association local group Hafling and the local group Hafling of the cattle breeding associations of the Grey, Holstein, Brown and Fleckvieh cattle breeds, the breeding and riding association Hafling and the sheep and goat breeding association Hafling are organising the second joint animal show on 4 May 2024. After more than 10 years, this will once again take place at the foot of the St. Kathrein church in St. Kathrein in Hafling.
Only cows, horses and sheep from Hafling will be exhibited. A total of around 200 show animals are presented.
The cattle are divided into the categories of pregnant calves and cows in lactation. The horses are divided into young horses, mares and mares with foals. The sheep are divided into young female sheep and sheep and a category with rams.
The competition starts at 9.00 am and the grand finale will take place at around 3.00 pm.
A highlight is certainly the children's category, in which Hafling's youngest farmers will proudly present their calves. There is a petting zoo and face painting for our youngest visitors.
The voluntary fire brigade of Hafling will provide refreshments.
