Sound installation by the Algund Children’s Workshop,
13 December 2025, 10:00–11:30 a.m., at the Christmas Market

Dear visitors of the sound installation,

In front of you is an audio system that allows you to listen to sounds from the old village (Channel 1) and from Algund’s craft district (Channel 2), as well as two electroacoustic compositions (Channels 3 and 4) created during the Children’s Workshop. You can listen to each source separately or mix them to your liking. Simply adjust the corresponding sliders on the mixing console.

The sounds were recorded together with the participants of the Children’s Workshop; the electroacoustic pieces were created by Moritz Siller and Charlotte Hillebrand.
If you like, we can also improvise experimental music for you with our instruments this morning.
