Vernissge - Resonance-sartorial stories in sculpture

We welcome you to a sensual interplay of art, couture, and the tranquility of the Alps.
The exhibition resonance brings together, for the first time, works by Japanese sculptor Hideki Iinuma in a curated dual showcase: new creations meet sculptures from the vigilius mountain resort – a long-time companion and supporter of the artist.

For over two decades, the vigilius has served not only as an exhibition space but also as a source of inspiration.
Its minimalist architecture, serene natural surroundings, and alpine culture have deeply influenced Hideki Iinuma’s work – making the resort the ideal setting for this exhibition.

Curated by Valentine Pleser, daughter of the late gallerist, this exhibition also serves as an intergenerational bridge – connecting Japan and South Tyrol, fashion and sculpture, past and present.
