Pine nuts or sliced almonds
75 g sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

Lemon zest to taste
400 ml milk

Whisk the milk with the 3 eggs and the remaining sugar with a hand blender and pour everything over the casserole. Top with butter flakes and bake at 180° (hot air) for about 40 minutes.
