Introduction to Mental Training

Artur Schönweger, a trained confectioner, qualified mental trainer and active in competitive sport for 30 years is convinced: “It takes an individual recipe to be successful and remain successful.” This is just as true of our careers and private lives as it is of sport. In his presentation, Artur Schönweger gives a fascinating insight into the world of mental training, which originates in competitive sport, but has now long been established in many other areas of our lives. Managers, entrepreneurs and trainers, but also “completely normal” people, apply mental training techniques to achieve their goals and bring about positive change. Training the mind to overcome the challenges of everyday life, gain more self-confidence and a better quality of life – discover what mental training makes possible.
