mountain bikes can be used to explore the area around Parcines/Partschins, Rablà and Tel. There are leisurely road bike or E-bike rides along the flat cycle tracks through the apple orchards, also suitable for families with children. Numerous
mountain bikes trails criss-cross the Nörderberg mountain, as well as more demanding road trips up the passes on a
racing bike.

Via Claudia Augusta, for example, leads to the spa town of Merano/Meran, to the Val Passiria/Passeiertal Valley or to the provincial capital, Bolzano/Bozen, as well as to Reschensee lake.
