The paths along the irrigation channels in Merano embrace the Merano along an 80 km path. The tracks are passable year round and join eleven paths along the irrigation channels in the Merano area – the Lagundo, Caines, Rifiano, Maia, Scena, Brandis in Lana, Cermes, Marlengo, Percines, Rablà and Wallburg paths. The paths along the irrigation channels in Merano can be completed in several stages over a 7 or 8 day period, however walks can also be done as part of a day tour. Stage n°6 brings the hiker to the Waalweg of Partschins/Parcines and to the Waalweg of Rabland/Rablà!
Töll/Tel, Adige Dam
From the starting point in Töll/Tel you follow the "Kulturwanderweg Peter Mitterhofer" to Partschins/Parcines centre. From there you follow the street to Vertigen at 637 metres, stay with signs for the Sagenweg (signage of hiking trail: stone age hunters), northeast along Trail No. 7A, until you reach the tavern Graswegerkeller. From there you follow the Partschinser Waalweg Trail westward. At the end of the Waalweg you follow the street "Salten" about 5 minutes direction Partschins/Parcines. On the right hand you pass a bridge and follow the path No. 1 direction "Winklerhof". From there you take the Waalweg Rabland. The end of the Waalweg Rabland is also the end of the 6th stage of the The paths along the Waalwege ( irrigation channels) in Merano !
