I fostüs di tiers salvari - The Armentara meadows
Excursion to the Armentara meadows.
Excursion on the traces of wild animals along the fascinating snow-covered Armentara meadows. Together with Alfred, guide and passionate nature photographer, you will find out which animals live at the feet of the majestic Dolomite peaks during the winter.
Itinerary: Furnacia – Armentara – La Crusc/Santa Croce – Ütia Ranch da André hut – Furnacia
Difficulty: medium
Meeting: 9.30 a.m. La Val Tourist Office (shuttle service to Furnacia)
Return: approx. 4.00 p.m.
Distance: approx. 8,5 km
Altitude diff.: ↑↓ approx. 300 m
Walking: approx. 4 hours
Lunch: Ranch da André hut (for a fee)
The guide speaks Italian and German.
Domestic animals and strollers are not allowed.
Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online within the day before (limited places).
During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.
Approach
Follow the SS244 Val Badia road towards Pederoa and continue on road SP60 to La Val.
In order to encourage sustainable mobility, choose environmentally friendly means of transportation, such as public transport.
To bring along
Bring the confirmation of the reservation (also in digital format). It is important to have winter clothes, winter trekking shoes (except moon boots) and mountain sticks.

The refund will be made with a medical certificate or if the event is cancelled by the Alta Badia Tourism Cooperative.
