General description
A rewarding experience hike linking the Sonnenberg slopes of Naturns and Partschins with one of the region’s most impressive natural highlights: the Partschins/Parcines Waterfall. Panoramic sections, historic mountain farms and woodland paths lead down to roaring cascades and viewpoints.

Naturns – Sonnenberg Panoramic Trail 91 – Runster Mill – Weitgrub Farm – Unterrain - Unterwand – Dursterhof – restaurant Birkenwald – Partschins Waterfall – restaurant Wasserfall (bus 265)
The hike starts in the centre of Naturns. Via Feldgasse and St Prokulus Street, follow the 39/91 waymark uphill to the Sonnenberg Panoramic Trail 91. This sunny high-level path leads to the Runster Mühle (mill).
After the mill, take the fork following 39A/91 uphill. The route continues to Weitgrub Farm and climbs through woodland to the farms Unterrain and Unterwand. From here, follow trail 26 to the Dursterhof refreshment stop.
Continue descending on trail 26 through mixed forest to the restaurant Birkenwald, at the foot of the waterfall. From there, follow trail 23/8B past the Partschins Waterfall to the restaurant Wasserfall and the viewing point.
A bus stop for line 265 is located at the restaurant Wasserfall (towards Partschins).
