Parcines Waterfall from the Texelbahn Cableway Mountain Station - farm trail

The Partschinser waterfall is one of the most impressive in the Alps. The mass of water thunders down from a free-standing rock, with a drop height of 97 meters. The cascade reaches its highest power when the snow melts (from May to July) or after a heavy rainfall, with a volume of 4,000 to 10,000 liters of water per second.

From the mountain station of the Texelbahn cableway, follow trail No 2B and 8 in the direction Rammwald mountain farm (1305 m). From there, the way leads beyond the No 8B to the Fletscher mountain farm (1300 m) and further, past the restaurant Wasserfall (with a spectacular view point), and from there to the famous waterfall of Partschins/Parcines with a cascade of 97 m height (at 1060 m a.s.l.). The way back leads along route No 8B past the restaurant Birkenwald and then along No 1 to the Amesauer farm and from the Winklerhof snack bar down to the valley station of the Texelbahn cableway.
Texelbahn cableway valley station, Rablà/Rabland: all day, at the parking places. Parking of camper vans available from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
From Meran/o: with the Venosta Valley Railway or bus 251 to Rabland/Rablà and from there, take bus 265 to the Texelbahn cableway.
From Vinschgau valley: train 250 or bus 251 to Rabland, and from there, take bus number 265 to the Texelbahn cableway.
