Shinrin-Yoku, breathing in the forest atmosphere - or forest bathing for short, has long been an officially recognised method of enhancing health in Japan. And here too people are once again reflecting on the wonderful power of nature. We experience a pleasantly damp and cool atmosphere in the forest. We listen carefully, notice the quiet sounds of nature, the messages of the thousands and thousands of living creatures that communicate with one another here in a gigantic, highly complex habitat. Attentively, we immerse ourselves in the unique nature of the forest. Consciously we enjoy the trees, shrubs and mosses to the full. Forest bathing has a wonderful effect on the body, mind and soul. It demonstrably reduces stress, strengthens the circulatory and immune systems by boosting the production of natural killer cells, relieves mood swings and sleep disorders and encourages relaxation and the ability to concentrate. Live and experience the forest under the guidance of an expert and gather new strength for your work and everyday life through this unique experience. Take the time to grasp the nature of the forest around Partschins Waterfall. The effect of forest bathing is long lasting. Relaxation and recuperation are guaranteed. Chrildren from 16 years!
