For 6 glasses á 250g

1 kg fresh strawberries
500 g sugar
25 g fruit pectin 2:1
Preparation
Wash and dry the strawberries and remove the greenery.
Put them in a pot, add sugar and fruit pectin. Mix everything with the blender and heat it up.
Simmer gently for about 10 minutes and stir regularly.
Fill into clean glasses while still hot and let cool down.

TIP: You can use this recipe to make fine jam from any other fruit.
