From Merano railway station, take the bus towards Plan in the Passiria Valley. Continue towards Falschnal Alm (1871 m a.s.l. – approx. 50 min.) where you can take a short break. Then follow trail no. 6 uphill to Falschnaljöchl col (2417 m a.s.l.) and continue to Spronser Joch col (2581 m a.s.l.) – duration: approx. 2 h 20 min. The famous Sopranes Lakes unfold before our eyes. After approx. 1 hour of walking, arrive at Malga Casera di Sopra / Oberkaser Alm (2134 m a.s.l.) where hikers can stop for lunch. After lunch, continue the hike, first passing Lake Casera and then Lake Vizze until reaching Masi della Muta in South Tyrol (1360 m a.s.l. – duration: approx. 2 h). From there, take the Hochmuth cable car to South Tyrol, then catch the bus back to the starting point, Merano railway station.

Additional info
Together with the certified hiking guide, you will take the bus to Plan in Val Passiria, from where the hike begins. In a total of about 7 hours of walking, the route continues through the "Spronser Joch" col to the Sopranes lakes and the Oberkaser Alm mountain hut, up to the upper station of the Hochmut cable car. You will then return to the starting point by bus.
Bus travel, cable car, and any refreshments are not included in the price.
